Delivery & Returns


Our current dispatch time is 1-2 business days. We aim to dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible.

Delivery options 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days) - £3.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) - £4.50

Royal Mail Tracked deliveries are tracked which means you will receive SMS and email notifications letting you know when your parcel will be delivered and how to make alternative delivery arrangements in case you won't be in.

At the moment we only ship to the United Kingdom.


We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that food items, custom items and sale items cannot be returned and all other items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we receive the item and find it has been used or is in poor condition. If you would like to return an item, please contact us using the contact form on our contact page.

We do not cover the cost of posting the item back to us unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged. Please note we can not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them to us. We recommend you choose a traceable method of return.

In case of faulty or damaged item(s) please contact us using the contact form on our contact page and be prepared to provide photographs of the faults/ damages.


Please allow up to 10 working days from the day we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed. You will receive a conformation email once the return has been processed.
